Distribution and Factors Affecting Investment in Yogyakarta Special Region

This study aims to determine the distribution of investment for each PMA and PMDN in DIY 2019, classify regions based on PMDN, factors that affect DIY. uses secondary data. The variables used this research are investment, labor force, Human Development Index (IPM), Regional Minimum Wages (UMR), Local Taxes. study's population sample were 5 districts/cities models. Descriptive analysis is using Klassen typology areas choose panel data method. results showed that: (1) was still not evenly distributed. (2) regional classification shows Kulonprogo, Bantul, Gunungkidul districts lack foreign investment. Meanwhile, Sleman, domestic (3) Factors influence UMR IPM, factor force.
 
 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sebaran investasi masing-masing dan di tahun mengklasifikasikan daerah berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penelitian menggunakan sekunder. Variabel digunakan dalam Investasi Angkatan kerja, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Upah Pajak Daerah. Populasi sampel kabupaten/kota model PMDN. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: Sebaran masih belum merata. Klasifikasi Kabupaten kekurangan PMA. Sedangkan Faktor yaitu (Upah Regional) IPM (Indeks Manusia) faktor kerja.
